We're Happy To Share Our Lodge With You !
The Comstock Premier Lodge is a very remote and private destination!
We truly are in the "Middle of Nowhere"

KITCHEN USE FEE
Our kitchen is for the use of our own staff!

If you have a group of over 6 guests and are only renting rooms as B&B guests, you will need to pay $300 to use our kitchen.     This will allow you the ability to use our refrigerators, grills, stoves, dishwashers, plates, silverware, glasses, and any other cooking tools in our kitchen.  If you have more than 16 guests, you will need to rent the entire lodge.
It's very simple...if you are a large group, our other guests feel as if they are imposing on a family reunion and are not comfortable!  Please consider a total lodge rental!

Other guests come to our lodge for peace and quiet...not to be part of someone else's family reunion or friendly gathering.  If you rent the entire lodge, no other guests will be able to reserve rooms.

If you do not want to pay for kitchen use, please bring your own coolers, grills, ice, and all other serving supplies with you.  Plan to eat outside so you are not imposing on other guests.

Use of our grill only is $50 per group and is included If you pay the kitchen use fee.

If you prefer not to pay our fees, we have many
Restaurants in our area that we recommend

No need to drag all of your bedding and towels with you!  All of our rooms are completely made up with bedding, towels, toilet paper and soap.   Bring your own Blow-dryer, shampoo and other personal items!   The rooms will be tidy and clean when you arrive.  we clean the rooms and lodge after you leave!   We are a luxury property!  Even though we clean after you leave, we expect you to respect our property and contents during your stay!

There is only one TV in the lodge in the lower-level TV room.  We have Dish and the big 10 for football games.  There is internet if you bring your own devices.

The lower level has tables and chairs in the tasting room seating area.  You are welcome to use them for playing games or a family gathering.  The tasting room can also be open upon request on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.  The tasting room will be open during regular business hours Friday through Sunday 2 to 8 but should not interfere with your gathering.  You might just enjoy a nice glass of wine or a beer!

The front foyer has a lot of seating for visiting.

There is a firepit outside with benches for seating.  Firewood is available if requested, but we prefer that you bring your own.

There is also a visiting area on the upper level.  Enjoy both couches and the rocking chairs while you admire the amazing 360-degree view!  The bison and elk are fenced around the lodge and are visible from the deck and upper level.  We have great deck furniture, but feel free to bring your own as well.

Simple Rules For Children:  Yes, we allow children!  That being said, it's very tempting not to!  Why?  Because we find that parents allow their children to run amuck with no supervision!  We prefer to have you supervise your children rather than us having to step in due to unacceptable behavior.  I know, hard to believe?  Very real!!!

Parents, please pay attention to your children!!!  Please treat our property with care and respect!
No jumping on the beds...and this is no joke!  This is one of the biggest issues we have!
No running up and down the stairs or chasing each other throughout the lodge!  We have a huge yard for that!
Drinks taken to your room should be in a closed container and, if put on the furniture, please use the provided coasters!!!
Sounds simple right?  You would be amazed!  Please help us out with this!  Drinks go on coasters...not next to them!

The owners live in a separate dwelling on the property and are available to help with questions and any other needs.   Emily will get you settled in so that you have a good quality vacation with your family.   It's a good idea to assign rooms prior to your arrival.  That eliminates a lot of commotion when you come in.  All of the rooms are listed above and pictures of each room are Here

Our Kitchen is your kitchen and equipped to accommodate a very large crowd!        Included in total lodge rental only!

Here's what we provide in our kitchen:

We have an amazing kitchen!  Two stoves with grills, two sub-zero huge refrigerator/freezers, two sinks with disposals, two dishwashers, a microwave ,large pots, large pans, two crock pots, baking sheets and pans, utensils, large serving spoons, spatulas, plates, glasses, large bowls, three trash cans, a compactor, a Bun coffee maker, dish soap, dishwasher soap, towels, pot holders, toilet paper and much more!  Our kitchen has a large island that makes buffet style serving for a large group a breeze!  Most guests say they just want to take our kitchen home!

Our tables:  We have very long tables with chairs for you to use.  They are great for large groups to eat, meet and play games!

What you should bring:  Tall kitchen trash bags.   Your food, coffee (we provide filters), drinks and condiments.  Paper goods such as napkins, paper plates, cups and utensils are handy if you don't want to do dishes.  High chairs if you need them.

Internet is provided throughout the lodge we are in the country and with large groups the internet struggles.  Just ask us to re-set it if you have an issue.  With a large group it's typical to have 35 to 40 devices running at one time!  Amazing!!!

Parking and safety:  Since we are so remote, we have no neighbors or situations that cause safety concerns.  We have a huge parking lot and your vehicle and family or friends will be safe and sound.  You are able to bring boats or trailers with no problems turning around.

Pets:  Ugh is a good word!  We do allow pets but they MUST be kept in a portable kennel if they are in your room.   Pets sleeping on our beds is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! We prefer that you have them outside...or we actually prefer you not bring them at all!

Pricing for total lodge rental:  The whole lodge rents for $2500 per night.  We are not your typical Hotel!  We are a luxury property with all hardwood furniture, sitting areas, a view and ***** star ratings!  You don't have to haul your own bedding and kitchen supplies and are able to do all of your own cooking!  Some folks say we're expensive...nope, for what we offer, we're not!  You get what you pay for!  Plus, we don't charge extra for cleaning!

Whole Lodge: $2500 per night.  We prefer a check or cash.  If you are using a credit card there will be a 3% service fee.

Trailers, 5th wheels, and motor homes, add $15 per night for electricity.  There are no hookups here, just electricity.

Refundable Damage Deposit: $250 and/or $50 added per pet.  Pets are NOT allowed to sleep in our beds and are required to remain in a kennel if they are in the lodge.   Your damage deposit will be applied to your final bill after the property is inspected prior to check out.

Cleaning Fee:  We do not charge a cleaning fee!  That being said, please respect this generous decision and pick up after yourselves and leave our property tidy and undamaged.
