Buffalo Hunting

Our Buffalo hunts are not just a hunt; they're an adventure! Our package price is for one hunter. However, we invite your entire family to join in on the hunt or enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the lodge by the fireplace. We will dress, skin, quarter and hang your buffalo in our freezer. Your meat will be fully prepared for the ride home to your butcher. The average yields are approximately 300 to 400 lbs, depending on the size of the buffalo you harvest.  For an additional $700, or $750 for a bison older than 3 years old, or a trophy, We have a professional butcher available if you would like us to do it here.  Your meat would be vacuum packed and flash frozen in time for the ride home.

Our buffalo are pure grass-fed and are in a natural grass setting where they have 3000 acres to roam. This makes for an exciting hunt. We may find them in the first hour of hunting, but it is more common to hunt a day just finding them.

No hunting license is required, and no expensive non-resident fees!

Buffalo Nutritional Facts

Buffalo is an excellent red meat source low in fat, high in protein, rich in flavor. Research done by Dr. M. Marchello, University of North Dakota, has shown that buffalo is a highly nutrient-dense food because of the proportion of protein, fat, minerals, and fatty acids to its caloric value. Comparisons also show that buffalo has a higher concentration of iron as well as some of the essential fatty acids.
